All Things Ability Level 3 and 4

* Ability Level 3 is for individuals who are occasionally challenged in mobility and strength, but can make it through the day. You're not particularly challenged, but you're not athletic either. You may be a little overweight or out of shape and need to exercise to keep functioning. * Ability Level 4 is for individuals who have minimal or no challenges with mobility and are relatively fit. You're likely to be exercising on a regular basis and be fitter than most.

All Things Ability Level 1 and 2
Post your questions here related to Ability Level 1 and 2.
* Ability Level 1 is for individuals who are challenged in balance, mobility and strength. Generally, this means you're having a hard time getting around and may be relying on a cane or a walker to help keep your balance.
* Ability Level 2 is for individuals who are often challenged in mobility and strength. You're likely to be able to get around pretty well, but slowly and not for any great distance. Perhaps your joints aren't what they used to be, or your weight is a little higher than most giving you a little more trouble getting around.
